Parking Three (3) Vehicles #
With three vehicles, it will be important not to block the sidewalk, park on the pavers, or park on the street. The properties are monitored, and violations are reported to the HOA, leading to threats of a citation.
The good news is that you will be able to park three vehicles in the driveway. The first two will park as you usually would, front-to-back. The third vehicle can be parked on the driveway apron. This is the front section of the driveway between the sidewalk and the street.
RV & Overflow Parking #
If you travel by RV, you can park your RV in the Overflow Parking Area only after receiving approval.
Please note: RV parking is permitted ONLY in the overflow parking area. Prior approval must be received before bringing an RV into the community, as there is limited space in this area.
Special Reminder: No overnight camping is allowed in the overflow parking. Please observe the rules that this is only for parking, so we don’t lose our privilege.
