Parking 3 or more vehicles
With three vehicles, it will be important to *not* block the sidewalk, park on the pavers, or park on the street.
The good news is that you can park three vehicles in the driveway. The first two will park as you usually would, front-to-back. The third vehicle can be parked on the driveway apron. This is the front section of the driveway between the sidewalk and the street.
A 4th vehicle requires special authorization from the HOA and must be parked in the Overflow parking area, which is detailed below.
RV & Overflow Parking
If you are traveling by RV, you will be able to use the Overflow Parking Area to park your RV upon receiving approval.
Please note: RV parking is permitted ONLY in the overflow parking area. Prior approval must be received before bringing an RV into the community as there is limited space in the overflow parking area.
Special Reminder: No overnight camping is allowed in the overflow parking. Please observe the rules that this is only for parking, so we don’t lose our privilege.
