Villa Description
Upon entrance, you are greeted with a spacious open floor plan, stunning high ceilings, and remarkable warming tile floors. The kitchen is fully renovated and features Samsung stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops. For your cooking convenience, a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and toaster are included. There is a dining room table for 8 with bench seating, and additional seating at the breakfast nook, and extended kitchen bar for 4.
The living room with 75-inch Samsung Smart TV overlooks the pool and lake. The game room feature an 82-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV, surround sound, Xbox One X, and PlayStation 4 Pro . Netflix, and Wi-Fi are included complimentary. The villa features two master suites featuring a king bed, one master has the stunning lake view. Two additional bedrooms rooms offer two twin beds. The villa sleeps 8 comfortably with a daybed and trundle for 2 additional guests in the theater/games room; perfect for large families or a group vacation. Young ones? No worries. There is a pack-n-play and high chair for your convenience at no extra cost.
Each bedroom comes equipped with a HD Samsung Smart TV with Free Netflix, as well as a private bathroom. Linens are provided for your convenience, and there is also a set of oversized Samsung washer/dryer units and ironing board provided for your stay. The backyard features a lovely heated pool, large pool deck, hot tub, screened-in patio with outdoor sofa and dining, extended deck for sunbathing. There are plenty of chairs for lounging for the whole family, and a table for a delicious BBQ lunch under the warm Florida sun with a wonderful lake view.
The gated community boasts an enormous water park style pool with fountains, a water slide, double large walk-in swimming pool, BBQ grills, BBQ gazebo, movie theater with HD surround sound, tennis courts, and a playground for the kiddos. There is also a fitness center featuring top-of-the-line fitness equipment compliments of Windsor Hills community. The superior community is only 5 minutes from Disney’s greatest attractions, only 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and a 15 minute drive to Orlando’s infamous International drive. Within walking distance of the villa are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.
The community is gated, and secured 24 hours 7 days a week. Convenient RV parking is available within walking distance of the home. Please keep in mind that no guests can remain in the RV while in the community. With over the significant upgrades, we aim to make your stay at Windsor Hills as luxurious and relaxing as possible.
